And if your into a good fairly affordable show I would take in the Carrot Top show, it was the second time I went, the last being about a year ago and over half the content probably had changed. I know there are issues but there are with most of the hotels on the strips. If you have Realistic Expectations with Luxor I don't think you'll be disappointed. I know most people dont like the resort fee, and I'm on board with that as well, but I feel the low rates you can get kind of make up for it, and still makes the Luxor a pretty nice deal. Overall the Luxor usaully has pretty good rates, so I thiknk there is alot of value at staying at the Luxor. The cocktail services was above average for Vegas standards, servers came around on a fairly regular bases. The Casino itself is what you would expect i guess, pretty good condition, all newest games, etc. Sure there is some wear and tear and its starting to show its age but nothing out of reason. For one of the older casinos on the strip, I feel they have done a pretty nice job keep everything clean and in good working shape.
The condition of the room was good, clean and everything worked fine. So check-in was quick and easy and had a really nice check-in clerk who upgraded me, so I tipped the clerk a few bucks. I checked in late in the evening so no long lines, that I know can exist at times at the Luxor. Let me just start off by saying I've been to Vegas many, many times.
